Hello and welcome! I am Mintu, a proud mother of two, weaving my dreams right here in India. Creating has always been my quiet sanctuary and my greatest joy.

I crochet purely for the love of the craft and the happiness it brings to others. You won't find mass-produced or "out-of-the-box" items here. Everything I make is custom-designed, one-of-a-kind, and crafted meticulously by hand.

Fun Fact: My love for handcrafted textiles doesn't stop at crochet. I even hand-embroidered and crafted the very saree I am wearing in this photo!

How do I order a custom crochet piece?

Simply tap any "Customise this style" or "Order on WhatsApp" button, or message directly at +91 90381 01550. Share your ideas, preferred colors, dimensions, and any photo inspiration or sketches. We will discuss details, refine the pattern together, and confirm the price before I begin crocheting.

Can I customize colors, sizes, and strap lengths?

Absolutely! Because every creation is custom-made from scratch, you have complete creative freedom. You can choose specific color tones, tote/pouch dimensions to fit your laptop or phone, strap types (shoulder, hand-held, or long crossbody), and closures (zippers, magnetic snaps, or buttons).

How long does it take to make my handmade piece?

Since each stitch is carefully hand-crafted by me alone, crafting time usually takes between 5 to 14 days depending on the size and intricate nature of the item. I will provide an exact completion timeline when finalizing your order.

Do you ship all across India?

Yes! We deliver to pin codes all over India through reliable express shipping partners (Speed Post, DTDC, or Blue Dart).

How is my order packaged?

Every item is individually wrapped with protective, moisture-resistant packaging and eco-conscious wraps to ensure your handmade item arrives clean, fresh, and ready to enjoy or gift directly.

How long does shipping take and how do I track it?

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days depending on your location. A live tracking link and parcel slip are shared directly with you on WhatsApp as soon as your package is dispatched.

What yarns and materials do you use?

I use high-grade 100% cotton yarns, soft cotton-acrylic blends, and structured craft yarns. These are hand-selected for breathability, color-fastness, non-pilling texture, and long-term structural resilience.

Are the crochet bags sturdy enough for everyday use?

Yes! Items are crafted using tight, dense stitch gauges, reinforced base joins, and sturdy braided handles. They comfortably hold daily essentials like phones, wallets, keys, cosmetic pouches, and small water bottles without stretching out.

How should I wash and maintain my crochet piece?

Hand wash gently in cold water using a mild liquid detergent or baby shampoo. Do not wring or twist. Gently press out excess water with a clean towel, reshape while damp, and lay flat in shade to dry. Never machine wash or tumble dry on high heat.
